Q. If I wish to visit a Heritage Resort and I am not a member what should I do?
A. If you meet the qualifications required we can offer you a free week in one of our Spanish resorts, subject to a small administrative cost. Where you will be shown the facilities and accommodation available.
Q. I am a member and am trying to book my holiday, what should I do?
A.1. If you own a fixed week, then your resort will contact you prior to arrival to check on arrival times and if you have any special requirements. Feel free to contact each resort direct for special requirements.
A.2. If you own a floating week, then you need to contact Reservations on email@example.com in order to make an on site booking or to request the banking of your week for each year. Please note maintenance fees have to be paid prior to your reservation.
Q. I am visiting your resort and would like to hire a car or arrange a taxi to pick me up. What do I do?
A. Please contact the resort reception who will be only be too pleased to give you taxi prices and car hire information.
Q. What will the weather be like during my stay?
A. Please check out our weather forecast link to see today’s weather at any of our resorts.
Q. This will be my first visit to Spain and I want to book trips; can I do that when I get there?
A. Our reception have full details of all excursions available including classic cities like Seville or Granada or a trip to Gibraltar to see the monkeys!!
Q. I may need extra nights accommodation as my flights don’t fit in, is it possible?
A. Please contact the resort reception. Extra nights are sometimes available but it may not be possible to confirm far in advance. Prices depend on season and size of unit.
Q. I may be interested in renting a week, do you rent?
A. We are a private members club however we do have some units available for rent at certain times of the year. Please contact reservations on firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Q. Any Special offers in U.K. Hotels? I want to get married!!
A. Please send us as much information as possible, and on of our staff will see to it that you get the best available offer at the given time.
Q. I wish to pay my maintenance fees how can I do it?
A. You can either click on the link and pay yourself by credit card or pay by bank transfer or cheque. Please follow this link in order to pay your annual maintenance fees.
Q. I am looking for work; how can I join Heritage?

Q. Can I book my flights even though my week isn’t confirmed?
A. We advise you to never book flights unless you have received written confirmation from our reservations department of the booking.
