The Barbino Family
The apartments are excellent here at Heritage. They are very well designed, have an excellent pool, as you can see behind me in this area of Toro, it has a bar and has excellent parking for the car. I was invited by a friend and came to the Heritage for 3 years. Now I am an owner and I come here every year. The people are very nice; the club is great, their Management Company look after the apartments... Happy with everything!

The staff are excellent, especially those in reception who are most helpful, they treat us like family and do their best to make us happy – even better than we have experienced in top hotels! When we are not in the resort we hire a car and travel around the countryside and mountains. We stay at our Heritage resort for 15 days, we enjoy being near Marbella and our apartment is very well equipped, including the kitchen and bathroom and is always immaculate. I have come here many years and I've always been satisfied both on the location, quality and staff. They are very friendly and I can imagine no better location or apartments here on the Costa del Sol. It is really fantastic!

We joined Heritage back in 2005, in the first instance we stayed in the Matchroom complex. We were very impressed with the facilities, and as a result, we joined Heritage. Since then we have been to Playa Real in the same Costa del Sol area and we think that it is very good value for money. Heritage is a very reputable company; you can exchange your holiday to go elsewhere in the world, and you are guaranteed a good standard of accommodation. Since we have joined Heritage, whether we do an exchange through one of the exchange companies like RCI or ICE or whether we come to a Heritage resort, we know that the standard of accommodation is exactly what we expect it to be.

We are more than happy with our Apartment/ Villa here, we are close to all these lovely beach bars, we can just walk across and have a wine and a calamari and it’s all we need, we’ve got everything we need here... We are more than happy with Heritage. We were made most welcome at the reception desk. They spoke good English and could not do enough for us. We know that we only have to pop in to say if there is something that we are not happy with and somebody comes round immediately. The areas are clean. The staff are great and even the pool men.
