  Gibraltar belongs to the UE and a direct bank transfer type SHA should be enough to guarantee that we receive the amount invoiced minus our Bank charges. I suggest you instruct your bank to carry out an OUR transfer to guarantee a full payment:
  
  When an indirect bank transfer type SHA is carried out it is very difficult to determine the expenses charged by the banks between the remitter and receiver bank. It is up to you to select a bank with the capacity to carry out direct bank transfers so that you can minimize the costs. It is impossible at our side to determine the expenses charged by the intermediate banks. We suggest that you request a trace, trail or swift message to your bank.
